At All Great Keys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every software purchase. We have a 30-day return policy. This means if you encounter technical issues or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the transaction date.
To initiate a return, you must contact our support team first to determine eligibility. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must contact us to initiate the process before the 30-day window expires.
- For digital products: The license key must not have been activated or redeemed (unless the key is proven defective).
- You must have a valid reason for the return (e.g., technical failure, incompatible software version, or accidental purchase).
When contacting us, please include the following mandatory information so we can assist you quickly:
- Order Number
- Proof of Purchase (Receipt or Order Confirmation Email)
- Reason for Return (Please provide details or screenshots if you are experiencing an installation error)
Our technical team will review your request to verify the validity of the license key and the issue reported. Please ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Following the completion of our review, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUND PROCESS
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
If you prefer to receive a refund via a different payment method, please contact us immediately. Note that we do not cover transaction fees for alternative payment methods; any extra fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed after we have verified your return request.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to officially appear in your account.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges if you have purchased the wrong version of a software (e.g., purchasing AutoCAD 2024 instead of 2025). If the desired product is not currently in stock, you may choose to wait for restocking or request a full refund.
DEFECTIVE OR INVALID KEYS
We verify every license key before delivery. However, in the rare event that you receive an invalid or non-functional key, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will immediately investigate the issue and provide a replacement key or a full refund upon verification of the defect.
GUEST PURCHASES
We offer guest checkout options, meaning customers can purchase without creating an account. This Refund and Returns Policy applies equally to all Guest Purchases.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. If the digital key has not yet been delivered or viewed, we can process an immediate cancellation.
